The product, in the report: Zoom Electric Scooters 1500 Watts, 60 Mile Range, 30 MPH Speed https://www.zoomescooters.com/product-page/zoom-electric-scooters-promotional-sale
I purchased a Zoom Electric Scooter on March 9, 2022, received it in May 21, 2022, stored indoors always, light use (roughly 18 miles, twice per week) only in dry conditions, until it stopped working correctly around August 15, 2022. The Zoom Scooter was being driven to work and while operating on the road would turn on/off. Additionally, it operated in an erratic, jerking motion, which could have resulted in a crash in certain conditions. Zoom Scooter was contacted, and a back/forth communication combined with attempting to diagnose the issue has been ongoing. The scooter has been determined unsafe to use and has sat in storage since August 15. Zoom Scooters has been saying they would send a replacement starter switch, but shipping has been delayed and I have not yet received this part. Furthermore, this part is not guaranteed to fix the unsafe operation of this defective scooter.
