Brakes failed to work going down hill, contacted seller, who gave me instructions. Followed sellers instructions to adjust them as emailed to me. Brakes worked better for 10 minutes, then went out entirely going downhill. Dragged my left boot to slow enough to bail off and roll. Seller has sent me numerous messages saying they are working on a solution. Seller will not return my calls from voicemail.
