The product, in the report: Volpram 350W electric scooter. Below is a link to the Amazon link used to purchase. https://a.co/d/06eWjnBY

My 11 year old son was thrown from his electric scooter due to the front wheel shaft snapping. My son was riding the scooter approximately a 1/2 mile to the local pool. After being stopped waiting for traffic, he crossed the street, with the front wheel shaft breaking while in motion. Witnesses stated that there was nothing in the road that had been run over by scooter to cause breakage. This threw my son over the handlebars of the scooter. The impact cracked his bicycle helmet, he sustained injuries to his mouth, 6 teeth, internal and external lips and gums, road rash on the right side of his body, and both thighs bruised from handlebar impact. EMS was called to the scene and treated my son for mouth/head injuries.

The electric scooter was purchased in April 2025 from Amazon. It is a Volpram 350W electric scooter.
