The product, in the report: TurboAnt M10 Pro Folding Electric Scooter
A scooter I purchased from TurboAnt was exhibiting problems from the start, resulting in the vehicle regularly slowing down as the motor wheel became slightly warm. Months after purchase, the vehicle began showing E7 errors on the display that would often clear when I stepped on the deck or moved the vehicle in certain ways. After E7 began appearing regularly, I noticed sparking, buzzing, humming and vibrating noises from inside the deck while I was riding it. The motor wheel would be severely hot to touch, not just warm like before. I disassembled the scooter deck to find several wires charred and pins inside one warped/melted connector were burnt away.
