The product, in the report: Trikaroo’s Electric Trikes Electric scooter

Report was taken from the information center:

To whom it may concern, My personal interaction with this product has led to some concerns. This product is very unstable and dangerous at speeds it’s able to reach and roll-over problems and possibilities. This product can be a fire hazard with lithium batteries it uses. The hand brakes are also a concern of failure. This product is marketed to mainly 55+ age group and persons with disabilities. Product use and control with this group of people is limited and concerning. I’m not sure if this product has ever been tested and evaluated by your department or outside testing laboratories for any type of certification or approval. I believe it would benefit American consumers if this product was investigated . Thank you for looking into this matter.
