My name is [REDACTED] and Im filling a complaint regarding the 2019 Recall Mercane WideWheel Electric Kick Scooter. I own one.
I have emailed the manufacturer for almost 15 times times for almost 2 months to request the repair on the recall and they Never responded my request to correct or repair the Recall. Also, I emailed them to request refund the cost of purchase since they fail fix the recall problem
The Scooter is very dangerous and has caused a Very serious injury.
Please investigate the manufacturer who made the scooter.
