The product, in the report: E-scooter
I was riding an e-scooter and it malfunctioned. It stopped abruptly and I was thrown approximately 10 feet. I suffered severe skin abrasions, loss of epidermal tissue, bleeding and bruising.
Report Update The pain and wrist inflammation caused by the e-scooter malfunction necessitated a visit to the ER the evening of June 10. A diagnosis of ‘acute multiple skin abrasions and acute left wrist sprain’ was given. Left wrist pain is still present but subsiding somewhat.
