I own an ISCOOTER ( Electric scooter Model E9 Pro) which is less than a year old and the main shaft off the handle bars broke at the lower shaft of the stem leaving myself unable to steer or maneuver the scooter. The iscooter is used as my current transportation to work. The product is being used in accordance with the product intent. There was no injury only because it happen when I launched the scooter.
