The product, in the report: B1 Pink electric scooter for kids
I purchased an electric scooter from this company on 5/6/24 for $109.99. On 7/23/24 this product caught fire inside my home during a routine charging cycle. It burned my hard wood floors and an expensive Persian rug. The company blamed the fire on a parts supplier and admitted they used defective parts in manufacturing their product. They sent a partial payment to cover an estimate for replacing the floors, but ignored the receipt showing the purchase price of the rug. They also refused to compensate me for any expenses associated with moving furniture to have the floors replaced, loss of use to my home, hotel expenses while the floors were repaired/replaced, etc. They would not accept any responsibility and blamed the problem on their parts supplier. Then they stopped all communication with no further explanation. I am requesting they compensate me fairly for the damages they admitted their product caused.
