No incident, no one hurt Made Sep 16, 2022, sent to the company Sep 22, 2022, published by CPSC Oct 6, 2022
The product, in the report: The i-Glide Metro City scooter is a large scooter in which the brand classifies it as a “commuter scooter” It is white and has large wheels, and good shock absorbers that absorb the bumps of streets very well. It is very easy to fold with its “1 second fold” latch
I was riding my i-Glide Metro City Commuter scooter throughout the streets of Downtown [REDACTED], and while i was riding, the brake cable dislodged from the wheel break, and it does not have a very strong design to withstand rides on fairly rough streets. When it dislodged form its connector to the brake, it scratched the road meaning that it had dislodged, and its design is not very secure.
