The product, in the report: 1plus s10 black e-scooter

The weld line between the base and the neck of my 1Plus S10 e-scooter broke while I was riding on the side-walk/neighborhood street. No accident/impact caused this failure and I am not over the weight limit. I first noticed the handlebar was getting tilted inward but didn’t think anything of it and suddenly it went through the base while I was riding. I was thankfully not near busy traffic and was not injured but almost fell off the curb.

Note I have already found 2 other example of the same failure. Here are the links to a [REDACTED] post and a [REDACTED] listing showing the same model and failure. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

I am trying to contact the company (https://1plusscooter.com/) but not sure I will hear back. Hoping you can investigate this unsafe e-scooter. Thank you!
