My 5 year old and three year old were playing with a remote control car. They set the car and the remote on the kitchen counter and went outside to play. A couple of minutes later I heard a POP and a HISS and looked over to see the remote for the remote control car covered in a cloud of smoke. The battery exploded inside the remote. Thank goodness the kids weren’t holding it.
