The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: TOAPER 12 PCS Prefilled Easter Eggs Toys, Bulk Plastic Eggs Pull Back Cars, Easter Goodie Bags Stuffers Toys for KidsToddlers Boys Girls Listed on Amazon.com with ASIN#B0G5HRFMZ5.

I am reporting a children’s product being sold on Amazon that appears to violate CPSC labeling requirements. The product ASIN is B0G5HRFMZ5, listed as “TOAPER 12 PCS Prefilled Easter Eggs Toys, Bulk Plastic Eggs Pull Back Cars” and is intended for children and toddlers. It is currently available for purchase on Amazon. The product listing claims CPC certification, but the packaging lacks required information under 15 U.S.C. 2063. There is no CPC tracking label, no CPC certificate number, no manufacturer name or contact information, and no testing laboratory information. The packaging only displays a CE mark, which is European certification and does not satisfy US requirements. When I asked Amazon’s shopping assistant (Rufus) about the missing CPC certification marks, the system advised me to “contact the seller for proof of certification or consider purchasing from brands with clearly visible safety certifications on packaging,” confirming the concern is valid. I reported this to Amazon on February 11, 2026. As of this report, the product remains available for sale. I have photos of the packaging showing the missing required information, which I can provide upon request.
