  1. No one hurt

Made Oct 22, 2025, sent to the company Nov 13, 2025, published by CPSC Nov 28, 2025

The product, in the report: The Spark Create Imagine Trees, Cars, and Tracks Race Set is a set of four wooden ramps held between two upright pieces of wood depicting a monkey, bear, elephant, and crocodile in a stylized tree, the sides of the ramps in turn are red, orange, blue, and purple, and it includes three wooden toy cars that are shaped like bananas the Product assembled is about 13.5” tall, 12.5” deep and 4” deep.

on 10/11/2025 My mother bought the “Spark Create Imagine” branded toddler toy from Walmart, listed online as “Spark Create Imagine Trees, Cars, and Tracks Race Set, Toddler Toy” (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Spark-Create-Imagine-Trees-Cars-and-Tracks-Race-Set-Toddler-Toy/5504109151) for use in the in-home daycare that I help her operate. Since then, four incidents spread across three days (10/13/2025, 10/14/2025, and 10/22/2025) have occurred where one of the banana car toys that it includes had gotten stuck in the ramps, and a child (both individuals 2 years of age) had reached in to grab the car, and proceeded to wedge their hand in the gap between the ramp and a cross member that holds the frame of the toy together. There is a gap between the cross member and the ramp wide enough for small hands to get into while trying to grab the cars, however when the child tries to remove the car there’s not enough space for their hand and the car to come back out, and the car then gets wedged into the gap. On one instance I even needed to get a pair of tongs to extract the toy and free their hand as I could not get a sufficient grip on the toy with just my hands/fingers in the tight space.
