Made May 9, 2017, sent to the company Jul 17, 2017, published by CPSC Aug 7, 2017

The product, in the report: NeoTracks flexible tracks with toy cars

NeoTracks flexible tracks have toy cars that accompany the tracks . My 3 year old daughter held the car close to her hair and the spinning of the wheels sucked up her hair and continued to twist resulting in her hair getting caught -- this happened very quickly. There is no reverse feature and significant tangling could cause harm- we had to cut her hair to get the car loose.
