The product, in the report: Ms. Rachel- my first learning school bus with 2 figures and sounds. Interactive school bus with two figures, plays music and sounds, working wheels, toy for girls and boys ages 1-3+. Yellow and blue bus with a swinging blue bus door and blue wiper. and two figures that are Ms. Rachel and another character.
My son who is 21 months old was playing with his Ms. Rachel bus, when his foot lodged into the open door that swings on the bus. It became stuck inside and his foot was trapped, which caused him to hyperventilate and panic. It took us over five minutes to get his foot out of the toy, and by that point I had contacted 911 for assistance removing the toy. I had him looked over to make sure that he didn’t need to go to the hospital as he had fallen and had his ankle and foot manipulated out of the toy.
