No one hurt Made Sep 15, 2026, sent to the company Sep 18, 2026, published by CPSC Oct 3, 2026
The product, in the report: Joyin 3 pack monster truck toys.
My 3 year old found a screw on cover plate for button batteries on the floor. He didnt know where it came from. We just got birthday presents and I knew my other son was playing with a new toy car in the same area earlier. I checked all the cars and the one was missing the battery cover plate. Thank god all batteries were still in the car. 3 button batteries.

Hurt, care not known Made Aug 3, 2024, sent to the company Aug 8, 2024, published by CPSC Aug 22, 2024
The product, in the report: JOYIN 4 Packs Emergency Vehicle Toy Playsets, Friction Powered Vehicles with Light and Sound, Including Fire Truck, Ambulance Toy, Play Police Car and Toy Helicopter
I have a serious issue with a product I purchased from you through Amazon. The product showed up broken, attached to cardboard packaging by plastic screws that were unable to be removed and the product shattered when trying to remove the packaging. My son got injured while trying to assist in the process. It’s absolute garbage product that’s unusable and quite frankly a danger to children. The pieces of the toy (buttons, wheels, and plastic screws in packaging that got stuck in product) come undone immediately posing a chocking hazard.
