“Pull Back Mini Racers” were purchased from Constructive Playthings in October 2011 for a childcare center. The description has the item for 12mos.+. However, we discovered that the hubcaps pop off the wheels and become a choking hazard. This was reported to the company today - November 17, 2011. The hubcaps are 1/2” in diameter and 1/4” in width.
