The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: CAT rock movers track set

My son received a CAT rock movers track set for his 2nd birthday. The little dumptruck that moves along the track got stuck to his baby finger the first time he played with it. He was screaming and it took 2 of us to try to turn off the truck and then unattach the toy. He had a large pinch and a small blood bubble. We applied ice and it left a small blister. He is 2 not 3 as the toy recommends, so we figured that he is just too little for the toy. My five year old took the dump truck for his collection and we saved the track for both of them to play with using different non-motorized trucks. The following week (today) we heard a scream from my 5 year old and he came running with the dump truck stuck to his cheek! We turned it off and unhooked it to find a pinch. After putting ice on the spot he has a dime-size bruise on his cheek.
