The product, in the report: Tiger head toys, Zap Chef, Movie Fun pack. Box is pink and teal, shaped like a food truck. Has popcorn and slushy on the box. English and Spanish languages
My daughter was gifted a movie fun pack by Zap Chef, tiger head toys. It had 3 ice packs that were supposed to be left intact and put into the cup with the beverage and shake until frozen. The ice packs werent labeled, so her babysitter opened the ice packs and put the contents with the liquid (lemonade in this case). They ingested a small amount, as it tasted bad. I called poison control, and the lady wasnt concerned. If only the packets were labeled, this may be avoided in the future.
