The product, in the report: Plastic BBQ Grill Toy Set, orange and blue in color.
OEM: Hey! Play! Model Name: BBQ Grill Toy Set Model: Number: 80-PP-TK081711 Amazon ASIN: B07B4PFT6G [note: the specifc unit of concern was located at a business thus origin of purchase or age unknown]
My 26 month old child whilst playing with the Hey! Play! BBQ Grill toy play set severely lacerated his right hand’s index finger tip when he closed the toy’s lid, however this was not directly observed. It is suspected he somehow pinched his finger within the toy’s lid hinge assembly.
