Hurt, no treatment Made Jun 16, 2011, published by CPSC Jul 8, 2011
The product, in the report: multi-colored play shopping cart. Plastic basket - blue, green and yellow, Red cloth seat for a doll, red metal framing, red and blue wheels.
My kids were using the grocery cart and when I went to put it away, I noticed that the bottom “grid” was separating from the bar that holds the wheels, exposing sharp metals points. I tried just popping it back together and got scratched (very minor). Tried gluing it but didn’t work, and it comes apart again as soon as the cart is used.
Here is the cart pictured at Amazon.
