The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Includes Pink Teapot that plays music, a large pink tray, 4 tin tea cups, and 8 smaller plates. All made of tea and in pink, blue, and yellow colors (primarily pink)

Earlier today my 3 year was playing with her Tea set and swallowed the metal key that is used to wind up the musical component to this tea set. The key can be removed quite easily by turning counter clockwise because it has no catch. My 3 year old, who this is adveritised for, does not know which way to wind and therefore unscrewed and then proceeded to swallow choking on it. The design is flawed because this key can be removed. There is no reason for it to be removed. We hope that you can contact this company and protect other kids.
