The product, in the report: My Sweet Love Magic Bottle Play Set. It is the bottle with the white fluid mimicking milk.
My toddler was playing with a pretend milk bottle for her baby dolls- the product is called Magic Bottle Play Set by the brand My Sweet Love. I noticed she kept sipping from the bottle so I tried it out and liquid came out. I bought the product from Walmart about a month ago and I immediately tested the product to ensure no liquid would come out and it did not. The liquid coming out of the bottle today is a clear fluid that taste sort of like sweet water. When I go to research what exactly is in the liquid that information is not available. I do not notice any injuries so far but have contacted her pediatrician to see what need to be done next as we have no clue the ingredients of this fluid . The fluid leaks when turn the bottle upside down or when I sip from it in the regular upright position, fluid comes up from the bottle. You can clearly see the white fluid from looking into the bottle from the top- so it looks like a seal is not there to prevent the fluid from coming out.

The product, in the report: My sweet love food tray play set
I opened a toy food play set and realized it is for children 3 and up, but has several prices smaller than a quarter. This is especially dangerous because it is made to pretend eating and pick up the small plastic pieces with a play fork. Kids frequently put these in their mouth while pretending. As a teacher I have to constantly tell them to just pretend.
