The product, in the report: Miss Kitty Toy Kitchen
My granddaughter was playing with a Miss Kitty Toy kitchen. Her arm got caught in the toy ice machine pinching her arm and could not be pulled out without severe lacerations. My husband had to remove 8 screws to get her out of it all while she was screaming In pain. Luckily she had only red marks on her arm and no open wounds. This should be taken off the market.
