The product, in the report: Disney Jr Happy Helpers Phone purchased at Marshalls today, November 2, 2025.

I am contacting you regarding a serious safety issue with your product, Disney Jr Happy Helpers Phone purchased at Marshalls today, November 2, 2025.

When I opened the product, I discovered that the batteries inside were leaking corrosive fluid. Unfortunately, I did not realize this right away, and my young child came into contact with the product and may have gotten some of the leaking material in their mouth. We are monitoring for any effects and will be seeking medical guidance as advised.

This is extremely concerning and could have resulted in serious harm.
