The product, in the report: Black & Decker small plastic tool cart with mini tools and a storage slot in the center. Black and orange. The top awning of the cart says Black & Decker Tool Cart
My 4 year old son was playing with a Black & Decker childrens tool cart during normal use. While leaning forward over the toy, his chin came into contact with the top edge of the cart. The plastic edge of the product is not fully smooth and appears to have a rough or unfinished section. During normal play, this edge caused a significant skin injury. The contact resulted in a skin tear/abrasion on the chin. The skin was removed rather than lightly scraped, leaving a raw area approximately 2 inches wide. The wound is currently healing but may leave a visible scar.

The product, in the report: Black & Decker Junior Tool Belt Set
I want to report a product that I feel is a safety hazard for children. Its states that if I post it on the other part of the site.. the information may not be correct etc. I do not want to risk that. Black and Decker has a Junior Tool Belt that I just purchased. It I believe was made by Jakks. The strap that wraps around the waist comes totally out of the belt which can cause strangulation or death. This strap should be sewn into the back of the belt in order for this strap NOT to come out!! Any child can pull this out causing this hazard to happen potentially for anyone to get a hold of. Anyone producing a product should know that simple fact!!! Product #99638
