No one hurt Made Jul 7, 2026, sent to the company Jul 10, 2026, published by CPSC Jul 24, 2026
The product, in the report: PICASSO-TILES Double-Sided Magnetic Drawing Board for Kids - STEM Educational Learning Activity, Creative Writing, Art, and Interactive Play Toy (letters and free drawing) TCIN: 1010845346 UPC: 817338022716
My toddler son was playing with a PicassoTiles Magnetic Alphabet board when two small magnetic pieces fell out of the stylus. The stylus did not appear significantly damaged, however upon further inspection a small hairline crack was observed. The minor crack (likely caused by dropping or stepping on the stylus accidentally) resulted in the small magnets coming loose. More concerning is the fact the stylus contained TWO small magnetic pieces which easily could have both been swallowed by a small child. No injuries were reported as I noticed the small magnets before they could be ingested, however the fact that the board was subject to only normal play and yet cracked and had two small magnetic pieces come loose is extremely concerning.

No one hurt Made Aug 2, 2024, sent to the company Aug 23, 2024, published by CPSC Sep 9, 2024
The product, in the report: Magnetic drawing board-not suitable for children under 3 years of age
(08/02/2024) The consumer has a safety concern about the product. The board has a pen that is used to move the magnetic balls around the board. The top of the pen is too easy to come off. Her four-year-old son was playing with the toy and was able to remove the top off of the pen.
