We bought a wooden abc puzzle made by giggle scape from target. We brought it home and unwrapped everything, thinking everything was okay but I came to find my baby gagging and threw up making me question what had happened. Thats when I fished out his mouth and pulled out a piece of plastic. I realized that under the letters, there were plastic pieces under each one. I reread the the pamphlet and theres no notification of the plastic under the letters.
