I purchased a variety of kids craft kits from Michaels craft store online for my children to use at their grandmother’s house. Today they opened one of those kits, a Tween Magnet Message Board by Creatology, and my 5 year old daughter found a rusty razor blade inside the packaging. Thankfully my daughter was not injured but it is a MAJOR safety concern, on top of it being disturbing and disgusting. I contacted Michaels stores online via their website (chatbot) to alert them of this concerning issue; I was ensured safety is a top priority and was thanked for sharing images. No other resolution was offered.
