The product, in the report: Classis Games TM - Puzzle/Casse-Tete - 12 pc
My daughter purchased a toy wooden clock from Dollar Tree in Levittown. She took it home and gave it to her 7 month old granddaughter to play with it and a little piece came off and she choked on it. Luckily, my daughter was able to assist her in throwing it up. We took her to the ER just to be safe but this could have been a deadly accident.
