As each report says it, in short words; CPSC’s own words are under each.

The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. Hurt, care not known

Made Nov 9, 2021, sent to the company Dec 14, 2021, published by CPSC Dec 29, 2021

The product, in the report: 1000 piece jig saw puzzle

The puzzle pieces came in a plastic bag inside the box. When the consumer cut the bag, the odor that emitted from it, resembled a strong acetone-like odor.

He is concerned that a child or person could be at risk of a strong chemical inhalation hazard. Even with windows open, it took until the next day for the odor to dissipate completely.

He tried looking up the manufacturer on the Internet, but their address was for a vacant building that used to be a school, which is now for rent or sale (based on [REDACTED] real estate site). It is unknown how recent that information is.

I got a headache from the odor.

Puzzle is not of good quality.
