Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made Jul 13, 2012, sent to the company Aug 21, 2012, published by CPSC Aug 14, 2012

The product, in the report: Game includes fishing pole and 4 fish with magnets. At the end of the pole is a small fish with a magnet which “catches” the other fish. For both of our new products, the small fish, about the size of a penny, also fell off and I tied it back on. For us this was not a problem and the package does caution that there are small chokable parts.

Two incidents: June 2012: Fishing pole snapped in half, leaving a sharp point where it broke the first time. It scratched my son’s arm. We returned the item for a new one.

July 8, 2012: This happened a second time, so we returned it for a full refund.
