The product, in the report: Wooden Ramp Toy. It has a volcano, palm tree, and some dinosaurs on it with 4 rollers yellow blue green and red.
I opened the Wooden Ramp Toy by the company Lehoo Castel, bought on Amazon, and was showing my 14 month old how to use it when of of the small end pieces of the roller came off. Had I not been there, my son could have choked on the part. No injuries occurred, but had I not been watching Im sure he would have put it in his mouth. This product is marketed for 1 year olds my son is 14 months old.
