The product, in the report: POOF foam ball red manufactured by Poof-Slinky Inc

We purchased a red POOF foam ball. When we took it’s wrapper off, small dust particles of foam went everywhere - all over my daughter’s clothes and skin. It got in her eyes and she complained about her eyes hurting. It was very difficult to flush her eyes out.
