The product, in the report: Clear inflatable beach ball. Transparent/clear with pink and sparkly glitter inside of ball. Glitter can fit through the valve that is used for inflating ball with mouth.
Inflatable beach ball with glitter inside - while inflating ball with mouth, glitter pieces can get sucked into wind pipe. Cause potential for choking and even death. I was blowing up the beach ball and sucked a piece of glitter into my throat. I started choking and coughed/gagged it up but it was terrifying. I could not breathe.
