The product, in the report: Lovevery opposites balls in the Thinker playset

Lovevery makes opposite balls to demonstrate the concepts of heavy and light. The heavy ball is a rubber ball filled with granular steel microbeads. The ball can be chewed open and the contents ingested, causing intensional blockage and iron toxicity. This is a product for infants, who mouth toys. Our dog chewed and opened the ball and ingested the contents and is currently hospitalized for iron poisoning and obstruction. A child could also ingest but did not. There was no warning or labeling of containing toxic heavy metals. It seemed like sand.
