The product, in the report: VMAI cordless spin mop G700 white Please note this model is not currently available on amazon where we purchased but the new model also has a review reporting a house fire starting from the batteries.
The Spin Mop made by VAMI was plugged in, in our laundry room. We have charged and used this mop several times. The batteries in the mop exploded without any indication causing the mop to burst into flames along with 2 additional fires from the batteries ejecting to separate areas. This couldve burned our whole house down and required emergency services. This is not the first reported incident of this products batteries starting a house fire.
