The product, in the report: Black 10 bar towel warmer from vevor
Burned hand on towel bar warmer while it was “off”. Product is supposed to have a maximum temperature of 70c yet a meat thermometer shows it as over 100c. It smelled somewhat like hot electronics in the bathroom and after touching it confirmed it was extremely hot while it was supposed to be off.
