The product, in the report: Small Appliance - Rival Ice Shaver / Snow Cone Maker - similar to this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/371374406848

My daughter had just finished using the Rival Ice Shaver / Snow Cone Maker. She picked it up to turn upside down and get rid of any extra ice and place back in the cabinet. The top of her finger was just over the exposed blade with the ice shoots out. This blade sliced off the top of her finger tip and we rushed to the ER. Took a long time to stop the bleeding.

When we arrived back home my husband found the top of my daughter’s finger tip in the Ice Shaver sitting on top of the blade (outside front of the Ice Shaver machine).

We had purchased this from Target.
