The product, in the report: Pursteam World’s Best Steamers White Steam Mop, dimensions 8 x 9 x 24 inches aprox. 2.2 pounds, Steam Mop Therma Pro 211- sold on Amazon
I purchased a steam mop on amazon that spontaneously caught fire in my kitchen. The company refunded me but will not accept culpability and I don’t want others to be harmed by this cheaply made steam floor mop.
My cleaning lady was using the steam mop- like she does weekly, and she suddenly screamed and I saw flames coming from the outlet. She was not using the mop incorrectly or any different than normal. Thankfully she was not injured but I did need to contact my electrician to repair the outlet and my counter was burned.
