The product, in the report: Multipurpose handheld steam cleaner - color:white with black- specs: power 1050w steam temp 110*c - tank capacity 350mi - water capacity 280mi made in China although it was a gift purchased on Amazon I believe the cost was $48.00 It states there is a lifetime guarantee
I received a Phueut handheld steam cleaner as a gift. The one time I used it, it work well although there is no indicator on the product to know when it was ready to use and when the water was empty. It appeared to be empty when it no longer produced steam. I unplugged and waited aprox 15 minutes before I attempted to remove safety cap-it took me MANY attempts to remove the cap- when I finally got safety cap off it spit out steam. I contacted the company which was very difficult on line and by phone - it took some time before I got a response and after contacting them many times by email they asked where to ship the replacement- I gave them my shipping address and never received replacement or communication from the company. I have since tried to contact by phone and email and they did not respond- I did advise them the safety cap was faulty. This is an unsafe product- to date I am unable to remove the safety cap
