The product, in the report: mini diffuser for essential oils- electric
I used a new Nature’s Truth essential oil portable mini diffuser without issues for 1 week.. Then, during the second week of usage, the product severely malfunctioned and melted through the bottom of the unit and caused property damage. I was using product as instructed. If I had not been sitting next to it, the diffuser would have started a fire. I immediately contacted the manufacturer and was assured my concern would be addressed. That was on 4/29/19. After submitting photographic evidence of damage, receipt for purchase and estimate for repairs, I cannot get a response from the manufacturer. This product is dangerous and should be pulled from shelves. The manufacturer should pay for the repairs to my property.

The product, in the report: mini portable diffuser
I utilized my new portable mini diffuser with the power cord it came with. It worked well for 1 week and then one day within 5 minutes of turning it on, the electric element melted through the bottom of the diffuser and melted to the surface it was sitting on causing damage to my center console. I used the diffuser with Nature’s Truth essential oils and used it as instructed. It was full of water when this happened and was being used as directed.
If I had not been sitting next to it when it happened, I am sure a fire would have started.
