The product, in the report: Munchkin wipe warmer
Munchkin wipe warmer was plugged in through the AC adapter to the wall outlet (110V). Immediately next to the wall was the mattress, so there was not a lot of air circulation around the power adapter. Adapter was in continuous use for about 6 months. At the end of 6 months I decided to unplug it. It was extremely hot to the touch, i had to put it down to cool, it was painfully hot to handle.

The product, in the report: Munchkin Wipe Warmer Electrical cord Model: FL-41120830A
I have owned a munchkin wipe warmer for 20 months and have used it non-stop (always plugged in). I do not move this product as it remains on furniture. I recently moved furniture in the room. The Munchin warmer started to turn on and off sporadically after moving the furniture. When touching the electrical cord to check the product the electrical cord fell out of the back of the warmer and began to spark causing a fire hazard.
