The product, in the report: Euroflex Monster Steam-Jet-II 1200w Disinfecting Floor Steam Cleaner “My best guess is that the serial number is 3012EP0001789 and the model is STEAMJET. There is also an Intertek number of 3015318.”
The wiring in the bottom arc part of the handle apparently shorted out/over-heated cause the plastic to melt and the steam cleaner to stop working.
