The product, in the report: Hoover twin tank steam mop. Teal color.
I plugged my Hoover twin tank steam mop in to use it. While it was preheating, I started smelling something burning, and then I noticed smoke coming out of the machine. It had already started melting completely in half. I threw the product outside, so my house would not catch on fire and doused it with water. In the process of getting the burning melting machine out of my house, metal pieces fell onto my wood floor and burned my wood floor.
