The product, in the report: essential oil diffuser
The consumer has a safety concern about the product.
The consumer has two of the diffusers, same model number, two different issues.
In April, 2021-the consumer discovered that the prongs on the first unit were loose which causes them to move in and out of the unit. About two months ago, the plastic casing of second unit started to disintegrate.
The consumer contacted the firm via email when the issue with the first unit occurred. She also sent pictures. The firm’s response was in reference to the warranty.
The consumer did not contact the firm about the second unit due to their lack of interest when contacted previously.
