The product, in the report: Royal Dirt Devil Steam Mop
My wife was using the Dirt Devil steam mop to clean our kitchen floors when unexpectedly and suddenly the handle broke. The top part of the handle then swung up, lacerating her finger. The handle is broken in a way where the device is now completely unusable.
