The product, in the report: Gourmet Pasta Press Attachment for KitchenAid Stand Mixer
I bought an Atbod Gourmet Pasta Press Attachment for [REDACTED] Stand Mixer from Amazon which is hazardous because the food-contact surfaces cannot be washed. The owners manual SPECIFICALLY says not says not to wash it, but rather to use a damp rag to clean it. Since this machine is marketed for the purpose of making homemade egg pasta, the inability to properly clean it presents a food poisoning hazard, e.g., , salmonella. I returned mine to Amazon with a warning that it is unsafe for use.
