The product, in the report: Nuby Bottle/Nipple Brush with SpongeTip and Snap-in Nipple Brush Green and Blue duel pack

I just bought the “Nuby Bottle/Nipple Brush with SpongeTip and Snap-in Nipple Brush” from TJ Maxx and cleaned all my baby’s bottles with it before taking them to the sterilizer. After the bottles have been sterilized and chilled, I made my baby a bottle just like I always do. My baby took a few sips from the bottle and refused it a few times. I saw something started to poke out from the nipple holes and so I picked it out at once—I saw a thin plastic stripe. Then I gave my baby the bottle again and he refused it after taking a few more sips, I looked up-close at the nipple area, and found another plastic shed! I then thoroughly inspected the bottle and saw some more inside the bottle, some floating on the milk, and some sticking to the bottle. I checked all other bottles and found those sheds in all of them. I finally came to realize those are plastic stripes shed from the new Nuby bottle brush that I bought. I believe they came specifically from the snap-in nipple brush because I was able to pull a ton of sheds from the brush!

Not sure if my baby has swallowed any although he seems fine. He could have been choked. This is unbelievable and unacceptable.
